Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Directions

  • In a bowl, toss chicken cubes with olive oil, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken mixture and cook until chicken is cooked through and slightly browned, approximately 7-10 minutes.
  • Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.
  • Lay a tortilla flat and spread half of the romaine lettuce evenly over the center.
  • Top with half of the cooked chicken mixture and half of the diced tomatoes.

Notes

  • – For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
